The classes are designed to help you discover the area of the art that most inspires you and then give you an outlet for immersing yourself in your new found creative form of self expression. | POI Classes Learn to spin Poi. It helps increase range of motion, flexibility and strength, improves balance and coordination; plus it's Fun! Thursdays 6-7pm Beginning POI Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm Intermediate POI Focuses on the basics of Poi: history, warm ups, exercise, transitions, poi moves, choreography, movement. This is a no-fire class. Beginners welcome, we all grow together, this is a progressive learning art! $25 a lesson $85 for the month if prepaid on the first class of the month (practice POI available for rent or custom made POI made for sale, $35 a pair!) |
| Fire Dance... The Ecstatic Fire Flow Fire Dance is a unique type of dance, with it's own unique geometry and experience. It is not for everyone. Fire Safety is taught first.
